BOMBAY POTATO MIX

Heat up some ghee or oil in a heavy casserole dish, add sliced onions, crushed garlic & ginger. Add 1 tspn of the spice mix per person and stir. Add raw potatoes & stir till they are coated with the spice paste. Add stock to cover & cook gently.

Ingredients: Coriander, Fenugreek, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric, Ginger, Cumin, Chili Powder, Cassia, Cloves, Allspice, Salt, Fennel, Nigella
