CUBAN ADOBO BLEND

Adobo means rub or marinade in Central and South America. Mix 2 tspn. of spice mix with 100ml of Orange juice cover the meat and let it marinade over night. You can also add this paste to soups and stews to add extra flavour. This mix is based on herbs and full of flavour but not hot at all.

Ingredients: Garlic, Oregano, Onion, Cumin, Pepper, Lemon, Parsley
