GREEK HERB MIX

This is a traditional herb mix of wild Oregano, Thyme and Throubi, a wild hybrid of Marjoram and Thyme.Add it to classic dishes like Moussaka or just simple mix it with lemon juice and olive oil and baste over lamb whilst grilling or roasting it.

Ingredients: Oregano, Marjoram, Sage, Thyme, Bay
