GYROS SEASONING

Great with meat, poultry and vegetables. Mix 2-3 tspns of spice & the juice of 1 lemon, 2 crushed cloves of garlic & 2 tblspns of olive oil. Mix the paste with the meat pieces and coat them well. Marinade over night, then grill, roast or BBQ. Serve in pitta bread with olives and salad and a drizzle of lemon juice.
