MILKTHISTLE HERB

Milkthistle is drunk as a tea, added to food and salads and can also be made into a tincture (using alcohol) to help with skin ailments.

To make a tea infusion, steep in hot water and sweeten to taste.  Alternatively sprinkle over your salad or add small amounts to a stew.
